At Creative Minds ABA Services Inc., our mission is to empower neurodiverse individuals and their families through compassionate, inclusive, and evidence-based care. We go beyond behaviors, embracing each child's unique emotional, cognitive, and developmental needs to foster confidence, independence, and joy.
Founder
Monica Pierre Louis, M.A., BCBA, is the founder of Creative Minds ABA Services Inc., which brings a progressive, compassionate approach to ABA. She goes beyond behavior, incorporating emotional states, thoughts, and feelings to support the whole child.
As a board-certified behavior Analyst & Clinical Director, Monica blends radical behaviorism with deep empathy, using the Happy Relaxed Engaged (HRE) approach to create nurturing environments where children thrive.

With a Master’s in ABA and extensive hands-on experience, she empowers neurodiverse individuals and their families through inclusive, personalized care. A passionate neurodiversity advocate, Monica collaborates with families to build confidence, independence, and joy.

Beyond therapy, she leads parent meetups, advocacy workshops, and community events, ensuring families feel seen, heard, and supported. Monica also creates educational resources and promotes neurodiversity awareness to foster a more inclusive world.

Jeff Pierre Louis is the Co-Founder of Creative Minds ABA Services Inc., a neurodiversity-affirming practice dedicated to empowering individuals with disabilities and their families. With a passion for fostering inclusive, individualized care, Jeff plays a pivotal role in the organization’s mission to celebrate neurodiversity and provide compassionate behavioral support.
Drawing from his extensive experience in business operations and his commitment to community advocacy, Jeff ensures that Creative Minds ABA operates with excellence, integrity, and a deep sense of purpose. His leadership helps drive the company’s growth while maintaining its core values of inclusivity, empowerment, and family-centered support.
